Submitting to places that scare me

I’m submitting a play to Playwrights Horizons. And to the Public Theater in New York.

I recently finished a play, “How to Kill a Cactus.” I think it’s the best play I’ve written so far. So I’m submitting it to a bunch of places.

I just put together the submission to Playwrights Horizons.

In the next week, I’ll put together the submission to the Public Theater.

Oh boy. Wish me luck!

Of course, I did my homework.  I looked at Playwrights Horizons’ production history, and I figured out that “How to Kill a Cactus” is right for them.  I’m less sure it’s right for the Public, but I’ll check their production history again.
